The Green Cell

The beginning of something new. I dedicate the above image (The Green Cell) to the public domain.

This is just plain fun.

Fractals

I like fractals. I makes me happy that something so random and chaotic can be so beautiful.

Do you understand?

So I think I want things to change. I don't like the way I'm doing things. I worked with discontentment long enough before I realized that it was more or less rooted in how I was working. Which means, logically, that some sort of solution lies in changing things.

In terms of digital art, for about the past year, I have been working in mostly one style. I have been working with one method, one tactic. I mark the beginning with this image ( [link] ) Did I enjoy it? Yes. Did I learn from it? Yes. Was it comforting in not needing to think about the art? Yes. Did I move on in that time to something new? No. I want to do something else now.

I mean, I'm not saying I did nothing original. It's just that in the realm of abstract digital art and fractals, I did nothing new. I worked on many things I am proud of, like creative writing, essays, paintings, or other things. Just really not much that appeared here.

Some changes:
:bulletblue:No more numbered images
:bulletblue:No more "dumps" of images
:bulletblue:No more prints
:bulletblue:Full-quality sourcefiles available by request, free of any charge (incl. both rendered jpgs or pngs AND .flame file)
:bulletblue:New personal website
:bulletblue:No more bloody rotational fractals
:bulletblue:New styles, new methods
:bulletblue:Regular addition to the public domain

I'm tired. Honestly, I'll elaborate later. Next image is released from copyright.
